"Eight months ago I knew almost nothing about property investing, apart from it sounding like a really good idea!! That was before I discovered Affluencia. Initially I felt quite out of my depth but this group of lovely ladies are so inspiring I started to believe that perhaps I really could do this!!

Apart from the networking aspect of each meeting, the guest speakers generously share their knowledge and experiences. My brain has become a sponge, I have learnt things I NEVER imagined I would know and I always come away feeling confident, positive and optimistic...it's a great feeling. I still can't quite believe this, but yesterday I made my very first offer on an investment property, with a view to doing a reno and sell. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it's a start.
